Welcome to High Desert Medical Group’s 31st Annual Senior Expo, and 2nd virtual event: High Tides & Good Vibes. We hope that you enjoy this year’s theme as we celebrate health.

An event highlight is always the naming of the new “Senior of the Year”. Also in partnership with the office of Los Angeles County Supervisor Katheryn Barger, the “Veteran Community Service Award” is announced. The Veterans Award recognizes an individual or organization that makes a difference in the lives of those who have served our country.

This year’s guest celebrity is Frankie Avalon; we hope you enjoy his video. Also showcased this year is entertainment from Rat Pack Ricky – a local singer; and Tom Stevens - a very savvy impersonator who brings to life such greats as Dean Martin, George Burns, and others!

Medicare resources and an array of health information, fun sea-side themed recipes for Living Well are also available for you. In addition, we have a scavenger hunt, puzzles, movies and audio books for your enjoyment. Don’t forget to enter our drawing for a chance to win prizes. Winners will be notified throughout the day.
